We will bill you for the month ahead, based upon the schedule that has mutually been decided. The invoice will be due by the 15th of the month. After that, we add 10% of your current invoice, which is due immediately.
During the school year we ask for you to commit to and pay for a minimum of 3 sessions per month. We ask that, in general, you complete 4 sessions each month. However, due to doctor appointments, vacations, etc. we leave leeway for that 4th session to be missed, on occasion.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Should you need to cancel, please email both Mathletes and Bookworms at mathletesandbookworms@gmail.com and CC your tutor on the email. Please make sure you email both parties on one email.
Because we know emergencies occur (on both of our ends), we allow for one “free” last minute cancellation during the summer time window. Should a second cancellation occur less than 24 hours within the time window, we will charge for that session. If your tutor cancels a second time within the time window less than 24 hours notice, we will owe you a free session.
Sessions are one hour in length. Your tutor will stop with 5-10 minutes left at the end to go over everything with you.
