General Information about Mathletes Summer Camp
We are extremely excited that your child will be joining us this summer as a fellow Mathlete. Our sessions will run for 3 hours: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. During this time we will be diving into math through the topics of sports, literature, fitness and nutrition. We will be providing a healthy snack each day (please list any allergies and sensitivities on the health form). We will try to spend some time outside each day. Please send your child with a water bottle, sunscreen and hat everyday.
Drop off and Pick Up:
Due to rental accommodations and space we ask that you drop your child off no earlier than ten minutes before camp begins and pick up no later than ten minutes after camp has ended. If your child is not picked up within the ten minutes we will charge $5.00 for every fifteen minutes.
Discounts:
Early Bird Discount-If you register your child by Friday, March 23, you will receive $25 off tuition.
Referral Discount-Refer a camper and you will receive $25 off tuition for each referral.
Discounts can be combined.
Payment:
All checks can be written to Mathletes and Bookworms LLC. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. All payments are due by Friday June 1, 2012.
