Consulting Fees and Details

Consulting for Schools

We consult with schools for a variety of reasons.  

• Outline trends that we see with students
• Development of academic blocks
• Provide professional development for teachers
• Design and implement small groups for both struggling students and students needing enrichment
• Lead schools in horizontal and vertical curriculum alignment

Fees are as follows:

• $200 Initial one-time fee for an outline of a consulting plan
• $90/hr after initial $200 fee

Consulting for Families

For different reasons, consulting may be a better fit for your child’s needs.  These needs may include:

• Wanting extra work beyond the classroom that you’d like a teacher to design, explain and grade/assess/evaluate (if wanted)
• Identify learning gaps through one-on-one assessments
• You want lessons or work for a school break when you do not want your child to experience “learning loss”
• Your schedule or location does not allow for us to come work with your child on a regular basis

 If this sounds like something that may work for your child and your family, fees are as follows:

• Time with consultants can be either via email, in person or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.  Time purchased includes lesson planning on our end and time with parent and/or child to explain.
• Initial one-time fee for consulting plan $200.
• After plan, hourly consulting $90/hr.

 Consulting can range from simple lessons presented to the parent, to a full-range program created based on your child’s grade level standards/benchmarks.  This could include planning of the unit, quick check-ins with the family, and final assessment of the learning.  Please contact us to figure out which level of consulting fits best for your child.
